The abdominal chakra is also translated as swadisthana. On the schematic diagram of the human energy system, it is often placed above the root chakra and below the umbilical chakra. The chakra of knowledge corresponds physically to the aortic plexus, which governs our spleen, pancreas and lower liver. The chakra of true knowledge is the starting point of the right pulse. If a person is overly active, thinks and plans too much, it will make this chakra and the whole right pulse hot. Long term overuse will lead to the failure of this round point, which cannot meet the needs of the spleen, pancreas and liver, resulting in diseases of these organs. If a person's spleen is bad, he will have blood cancer. If a person's pancreas is bad, he will have diabetes. If a person's liver is bad, his attention is bad and he is often irritable.

The corresponding part of the chakra of true knowledge is the thumb. If a person has the problem mentioned above, it will be shown on the thumb of his right hand. If a person learns magic or believes in wrong theories, the left part of the wheel of true knowledge will be blocked and displayed on the thumb of his left hand.

The characteristics of this chakra are pure knowledge (Nirmala vidya) and attention (nimala chitta). Those who open this chakra will get pure knowledge and creativity from heaven.

The so-called pure knowledge corresponds to real knowledge. What we learned in school can be said to be relative knowledge, which has only temporary and local significance. For example, English is only useful in English speaking countries and communities. These knowledge can be said to be practical knowledge, which is learned to cope with life.
