How to charge rose quartz crystal following 5 steps

When we buy a new string of crystals, or a single crystal; and when we intend to use crystals to heal others; or when we have just healed others with crystals, it is necessary for us to give crystals perform a purification and recharge step. This maintains the power and vitality of our crystals in preparation for the next healing.

If we dont't do purification for our crystal for a long time, it will make the crystal appear dull, unable to reflect the energy of light well, and it will not be able to help us.

Once, I was traveling with a few of my companions. Just the morning before departure, a boy suddenly had an upset stomach and couldn't straighten his back. We had no way to contact the doctor immediately, and only some people searched for his problem, and some people planned to go to the pharmacy to consult and buy medicine for him.

And at that time my "big elder" was by my side. The Great Elder is the first clear quartz crystal in my life. It is a very wise crystal with very calm energy.

Several purification & charging methods of crystal

1. Sunlight/Moonlight & Water

Hold the crystal or healing ore in your hand and pour cold water over it, or place it under the faucet to rinse. Then place them in the sun/full moon (preferably outside) and let the sun's/moon light's beam hit them for at least thirty minutes. Wipe their surfaces with a clean cotton cloth afterwards.(for clear quartz,obsidian we use sun light, rose quartz,labradorite,moonstone we use moonlight)

Sometimes, if the conditions allow, we can also use sea water, streams or lakes to complete the work. Just be careful to hold on tight to avoid the crystal running down the water.


2. Clusters

When using the cluster method, we first prepare four single-pointed quartz crystals, usually I choose white crystals. The tips of the four single-pointed crystals should be placed toward the crystal cluster, corresponding to the four directions of the south, east, and northwest, which look like a cross.

Then put the crystal which need to be charged on the cluster, and the energy will automatically start working on it.

Sometimes, we can also regard the cluster as a "home" of the crystal, and the crystal can be placed on the cluster for a long time.

Usually the cluster does not need to be purified, because the multiple tips on it reflect the light in multiple oscillations, creating an energy field. Of course, if you feel that your crystal cluster needs to be purified, you can refer to the first sun & water method.

In addition to the above two methods, we can also use our own power to purify the charged crystal. However, this method has a threshold requirement for users, which requires us to have basic meditation ability.

The specific method is: close your eyes and hold the crystal that needs to be charged in your right hand. Channel our personal healing energy into the ore. Visualize the brilliant white beam entering the body through the top of the head, connecting with love at the heart chakra, extending to our arms, palms and into the crystal.

We can also visualize this energy as being injected into a graduated cylinder, bit by bit from 0 to 10. Finally stay on the 10 scale for at least 3 minutes.

Of course, if you know other ways, you can also use your own way.

4. Sea Salt

When our crystal energy is over-consumed or polluted, we'd better use the sea salt method to purify it. Take a clean glass or crystal bowl, put sea salt and crystal in it, and bury the crystal with sea salt.

After three days the crystals are removed, washed with cold water, and then left to dry in the sun.

Salt neutralizes negative energies, draws out unclean ingredients, and restores harmony and balance to the crystal. So it's best not to reuse the same batch of sea salt.

5. Bury them in the ground

Dig a small hole where you would like to bury your stone, placing the soil you have removed into an earthenware pot or jar

Bury the crystal in the soil within the pot or jar. Then, lower the pot into the hole and cover it with the remaining soil. Mark your crystal with a flag or some other marker, and leave the stone buried for at least one week. This will help charge your stone with the powerful properties of the ground it came from.

6. Crystal degaussing bowl

we can put some clear quartz chips on bottom in crystal degaussing bowl, and put crystal need to be purified on chips. close the lid and wait for 24 hours. And we can use salt water to replace chips to purify crystal.

7. Comprehensive

If the energy of the crystal is very broken, we can use bury or the sea salt method first, then the sun & water method, and finally recharge it with the personal charging method. Finally, we're going to put it on top of a beautiful white crystal cluster.
